High School

SCHOOL WORK IS VERY HARD , you have to work participate , and set goal for yourself . when i first entered high school i didn't know what to expected .i thought it would be a piece of cake.but it turned out to be the least of that homework due in every class everyday , students running around being loud and rowdy,  and just a little bit different then middle school . My first report card wasn't the best i could've done because i took it as a joke and played around a little to much . But I'm starting to get my act together .You have to take every class a serious as the others .My favorite class is journalism and English , i like to write things and tell my story . So since we write a lot often and do a lot of different things in those classes . I tend to pay more attention to them and cut of my least favorite.But to those that are entering high school go luck and blessings to you .

Plan b

Plan b is a pregnancy prevention for any teenage in need of it. Plan be today is only available to people 18 years or older. Obama is trying to decide and debate with others if this pill should a pill that teens of any age should purchase over the counter. It is a tough decision for him because many think its not right for this to be an over the counter pill for anybody that would like it sitting right next to the bubble gum and candies its just very, un-safe and then everybody we rely on that pill . As if there isn’t any other way to prevent pregnancies. For teens they shouldn’t be having sex at their age anyway .School comes first I mean girls/boys will be there all of your life just wait and stopping rushing into things education is first forever and always for me . I sure if all of you complete school and then start your family you all will be successful too.

missing Affrika Clarke

 One of our dear students , of parkway west went missing on november 30 . possibility getting into a gray sedan with tinted windows .15 year old Affrika Clarke she's about 5'7 in height  and 140 lbs. She was last seen wearing black pants , and a plaid jacket. She was a nice young girl from what I've witnessed , i don't understand what could cause her to run away  or go missing. That's why its important for us young teens to be aware of our surrounding and be careful of all times. She seemed to be a very amiable person when i saw her in the hallway having a conversation with her friends , or even if she was just walking by her self. i hope that she is found safe and sound unharmed.

Little Tierra

Two year old  Tierra Morgan-Glover  was found dead  , last week still strapped in her car seat in the a park Creek .Her father Morgan was arrested for murdering her . She was thrown off of the road down into the creek. Morgan the father  was the perfect gentleman to his girl friend  Imani and her family  , dancing with them  in the living room even attending his girlfriends younger siblings basket-ball games but that all ended when little Terra Morgan was born . Their relationship went downhill after that and both sides if the family went to court against the other. Morgan became very stubborn and wasn’t being the best father he could toward the child and the family. The toddlers body was found November, 22 and the first person that was searched for was her father .He  had been the subject of a coast-to-coast manhunt and even featured on the website of "America's Most Wanted" Imani called the police after the child was not returned on November 21, 2011 He was not at his residence when they were looking for him . He was across the country in San Diego.  He is due in court Monday morning for a hearing and things will go from there. Imani said things with her boyfriend had not always been as they should. She was also a victim of domestic  violence .she quoted for all you women out there getting abused to take heed and get away from it and don’t stick it out like she did the risk isn’t worth it .

Coach Murphy .

A formal coach admits to sexually harassing the teen boys when they were younger.  39-year-old Francis Murphy admits to arranging sex, with younger teenage boys on November 23, 2011. He pleaded guilty, now he has to face 14 years of prison smh. This isn't the first situation where he been complained about and brought to attention . In April a 11th grader complained to the police of, the messages he was receiving from the coach after the younger boy left his high school because he was transferring he forgot his cleats’. He contacted the coach over Facebook and that’s when all of the inappropriate messaging from the coach started. It started off with do you think you can get my cleats for me. . And the coach quickly turned it into a sexual conversation. The student was offended so that’s when he told the authorities. this coach has to now face major consequences . It was very imprudent of him to do what he did . but i guess he learned his lesson . although It may have been years ago , What goes around comes around .
